However, we understand that sometimes, things may not go as expected. Thatβs why we have a simple and transparent Exchange Policy designed to keep your experience smooth and worry-free.
π Exchange Available for Defective or Wrong Products
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer product exchange if:
- The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and
- You provide an uncut 360-degree opening video of the parcel at the time of delivery (when the courier hands it over).
This video proof helps us verify the issue and ensures fairness for both sides.
π₯ How to Submit the Opening Video
To claim an exchange:
- When your parcel arrives, record an uncut 360Β° video while opening the package in front of the courier.
- The video must clearly show:
- The parcel label,
- The unboxing process, and
- The defective or incorrect product inside.
- Send this video to us within 48 hours of delivery via:

Once we receive and verify your video, weβll arrange for an exchange or replacement of the product.
π¦ Important Conditions
To make sure your request is valid, please note:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The opening video must be continuous (uncut) β edited or paused videos will not be accepted.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
- Customized, discounted, or hygiene-sensitive products (like earrings) cannot be exchanged.
π Who Pays the Shipping?
If your exchange is approved, Be-Oxi will bear the cost of sending the replacement product.
β No Refunds Policy
Since we are a manufacturing and made-to-order brand, refunds are not applicable once an order is confirmed and processed.
We only offer exchange in case of a defective or wrong item as mentioned above.
