We currently ship all over India through our trusted courier partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and others depending on your location and serviceability.
For special orders, we may also offer international shipping upon request (charges applicable).
All confirmed orders are processed within 1â5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification with a tracking number.
Orders placed during festivals or sales may take additional time to process due to high demand.
Metro cities: 3â6 working days
Other areas: 5â9 working days
Remote or rural locations: 7â12 working days
Delivery time may vary based on your pincode, courier performance, or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc).
Shipping charges are variable and calculated automatically at checkout based on:
The weight and size of your order, and
The delivery pincode or destination location.
You can view the applicable shipping charge on the checkout page before payment.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a certain amount, as mentioned on our website.
We currently accept only prepaid orders through secure online payment methods.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted at Be-Oxi.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier link via email or WhatsApp.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, you can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
To claim a return, please provide a 360-degree opening video of the parcel at the time of unboxing.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control
